Core WA are quality Renovation Builders Perth.  We are delighted to present this 3 storey extension right on the Cottesloe Beach.   Our Brief on this occasion was to take off the front facade of the house and extend out towards the front boundary.  The design allowed for the original garage to be transformed into a one bedroom granny flat or ancillary accommodation.  

The first floor was extended out to provide a majestic living space with vast ocean views.  This is the indoor/outdoor space that provides this home with a sophisticate entertaining area next to none.

On the third floor we built a private cosy lounge area with a separate study. Again this level has the most magnificent ocean views and incorporated a cute reading nook to enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine.
