Our clients love where they live, a cutting edge house, despite being built in the 60s. They found the space and functionality needed to move with their lifestyle. New plans were drawn up to build an extension with seamless integration between the house and garden.

Core WA have carried out several Home Extension Floreat.  With this project an extension to the kitchen and dining room was designed, with the need to pile around the main sewer running through the new footprint, lifting the existing ceiling level over the new kitchen, which allowed us to install highlight windows. We also added large cavity sliding doors to alfresco areas to take full advantage of the garden views. The room now fills with light and feels even more spacious. Flooring levels were millimetre perfect to allow for the existing timber flooring to be extended through the living area and seamlessly join the new decking.

Not all home extension Floreat have to be a second storey, many of the plots of land are big enough to extend out.
